Is my Bunny alright? Why is she randomly screaming.?

This morning while I was getting ready for school I heard a ascraping noise and then a scream, and then it repeated a few times. I went outside to see what it was and i found out it was coming from one of my rabbit hutches with two doe's inside, the mother doe was making the noise but when I checked on her she seemed fine. When i came home I went to see my rabbits but instead of scraping I just heard the screaming. It sounded liek a dog and really scared me. I don't see what she is frightened about, she seems to be acting normally and then her daughter who she lives with tried to clean her she grunted and pushed her away, but she always pushes her away. What is wrong with my bunny, why is she screaming? Does anyone know? Please! It is really worrying me!
