What type of jobs are EXACTLY being created?

What type of jobs, if there is any being created, are the talking about creating? They can't be talking about manufacturing, because all they going to do is outsource out of this country. China just became the 2nd leading economy, because of OUR outsourced jobs. Wait... are any American manufacturing jobs being created? I wish our economy would improve fast so China doesn't overthrow us as economic leader. So yea, what type of jobs are being 'created', and will it actually do much help?
