My laptop wont load please i am very desperate for help i have work files that cant be replaced. PLEASE READ?

it's software, not a failed hard drive. you can recover your files by booting from a CD, and copying them to a thumb drive or removable drive... but I wouldn't suggest trying to recover your installation unless you really know what you're doing. have you tried safe mode? press F8, once per second, until you're shown the recovery menu, and pick safe mode with networking. if it still fails to boot, then you're in a little trouble.... get someone to boot it with a liveCD, and copy your files over to a thumb drive, then reinstall windows.
