Are there cameras that you can put on a tripod and has a self timer and takes multiple pictures?

I am going on a trip by myself and I want to be able to doent it with pictures. I am very unfamiliar with types of cameras but I have this idea in my head. If there is a camera that you and set up and press a on and it takes many pictures in a row I would like to know about it. Thank you!
