I need alot of help...he is so confising...long story but plz im crying my eyes out?

just randomly he txted me last night and said bad...im like um..ok what was that about and he's like idk im having a bad summa and im like why? then yada-yada-yada..but then the whole convo was doing good and i thought ok u kno im really over him (i've liked this guy for 2 yrs) and i can be just friends and then i asked him when he could go to other peopls houses again since he was grounded and he said "no ____ i won't go to your house for ur own twisted reasons" as a joke and im like ha! suhryy i don't like u that way and he's like yea no more and im like yea im over u and he like that sux and i said im just giving u what u wanted and he's like i never wanted that and im like oh u could have fooled me and then he's like whats that suppose to me and i just said nvm so then we went on talking normal about wildwaves and him going on his first roler coaster (lol) and then i sent him a smilt face and he asked what my favorite smily face was and i showed him this one ---> :-* and he said a kiss? and i was like what and then he said it means i want a kiss and im like oh no and he said y wouldnt u kiss me and i said i never said that (god i was falling for him again) and he said y is that bad and im like geeze i never said it was and he said then y didn't u kiss me at wildwaves and i said because u never kissed me and then he said he wants me to make the first move and i asked y and he said becasue all the girls he has kissed he made the first move so i asked y i was any diffrent and he said idk are u and i said idk..may if u gave me a chance u would kno and he said oh...my bad and i go yea...i gues it is ur bad and then he said w/e ttyl bye and i just wrote bye and then this moning he sent me a txt that said "____ send me a pic of urself,seriously WUT U LOOK LIKE RIGHT NOW" <--- just like that and i asked y and he said nvm bye and i said no don't be like that and he just said nvm mind bye again so i just said bye and then a few mins ago he sent me a txt and asked if i was with my guy cuzin (they r friends) and i said no and then he neva txted me back..i don't kno what his problem is but i can't take it... I don't understand y when i like him he says he only likes me a lil and i feel like he is pushing me away but when i say i don't like him all he tells me is how he never wanted me to stop likeing him...is he just playing me or what? plz any advice...im crying my eyes out
