If a fly fisherman is keeping it reel, can somebody hook him up, if he uses the right line?

This sounds like a baited question but I guess it all depends on how al-luring he is. It can work if he doesn't "rock the boat" or open his Large Mouth. He should always be polite and not be Evinrude. He should also make sure to have a clean rod along with the rest of his tackle.
