Im 16 and Im 2 months pregnant, and in need of welfare...HELP!!?

I am currently 2 months pregnant & Im 16 (of coarse underage). I, as well as my boyfriend, are currently unemployed. And though he is looking for a job alot more than I am, I KNOW we wont have enough money to raise a child! (abortion is NOT an option!) And because I have insurance, Im pretty sure I wont be able to get welfare. My mother is against ALL of this and is barely speaking to me, and she already told me she wont let me use my insurance. But the thing is, she also works for the county and she said she wouldnt let me get welfare or medicaid or anything to help my child! I dont know how Im gonna raise a child with nothing to my name!! And me and my boyfriend were gonna go to Reno to get married so she wouldnt be able to control any of this but we found out that I need her consent and to sign papers for that too! And I know for a fact she wont do that either because she wont even let me see him! ANYONE with ANY information. PLEASE HELP!! I need info or i cant go 2 the dr. either!!
