I have a similar problem every time I eat my grandmother's food. She's changed how she makes things because of her and my grandfather's health, and it's horrible. I run to the bathroom within 20-40 minutes of eating and it stays that way for up to a whole day. Try some pepto or milk of magnesia, I am not sure the oxy will help you it will probably make matters worse to be honest. Drink plenty of fluids, you might also try some flat ginger ale, that usually works for me.
