How to make Vista Operating system CDs on ACER notebook?

I have recently purchased ACER (Aspire 5310) notebook, equipped with windows vista from kuwait now I am in india and found that I did not get operating system CDs. I heard that I can make system CDs from ACER empowering technology’s option (eRecovery) but I don’t know how to start the job and make the CDs for future (possible crash of operating system), kindly help and explain in detail how to make the CDs. thanks in advance.
