Is salvia divinorum still legal in Indiana?

I know there was a bill that was being introduced back in January of 2008 by Suzanne Crouch (R - Evansville) that would ban the sale and possession of the herb, but I haven't been able to find any additional information on whether it was enacted into law or not. Does anyone know for sure, or know where I can find out?
